Once again looking for a heavier weight vinyl with good adhesive qualities to use for label stock. The current one I use is an absolute disaster for printing on. With the heat it keeps warping and buckling and am getting head strikes no matter what I do. So its getting binned before it bins my printer.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Forbie.

    metamark MDP is 100 microns
All print do textured 3005 or smooth at about 150 microns.

    All print nice

I have been using MDP from metamark for all my labels, it’s anti curl and doesn’t stretch when pulling it about….. I also use it for indoor (and some outdoor) safety signs as it runs through the laminator on to correx really easily
