Please can you help. We have purchased a sublimation printer and mug heat press 2nd hand. It came with two different kinds of paper, a cream type and a much whiter type. The cream type seems to leave the ink on top of the paper which wouldn’t be an issue but the the wheels/ cogs that drag the paper through the printer leave track marks where it has lifted the ink. Does anyone know how we can get around this issue or know where we can purchase the whiter paper from (we haven’t had the track mark issue with that paper but now that had nearly all gone)
    Hope someone can help.

    Hi

You can get a great sublimation paper from the magic touch! We have our best results when using this despite the fact that another company told us that Epson Photo paper was just as good! ( not the case!)
