Hi all, just a dip of the toe into the water.

Does anyone have a large heat press for dye sub transfer, I’m currently printing graphics onto clear flexible plastic (I can’t remember the type at the moment) approx 1mm thick. The finished size is 500×1500, I’ve been talking to someone about this and they recommended trying dye-sub onto a white TPU. I wouldn’t at this time be looking to print many, maybe a short run of 5 / 10 a time?

Obviously this is quite large so before I spent too much time investigating, is this a non starter in terms of cost/acheivablity – I certainly wouldn’t be looking to buy any hardware, but rather buy in the TPU / substrate and supply to someone else to print and sublimate.

    Any thoughts?

    Chris
