    hi ive printed a few mugs now all seem to get little dots were the ink is scarce yet theres plenty of ink on the paper when i peel it off theres still a pic on the paper ami doing something wrong
    the time is 3 mins heat is 180 and printer is c86 ink rotech any help appreciated

    That sounds more like a fault in the coating. Try one from further down in the box, if the same fault get in contact with your supplier and let them know. I’ve had a few problem mugs over the years and all have been replaced with no problems.

    By the way I had one do the same the other day, when you look closely at the coating you can see tiny specs where bubbles have burst.

    Try to check round each mug before applying transfer – I forgot with the one above 🙂
