normally a very small hair can be a sod to clean though.

just sussed it out. It prints fine and then the ink comes through into the little spiky wheels that help feed the print out.
This is where the problem begins, one of the wheels marks the print. It doesn’t happen every time which is weird. Can you do anything about the pressure with these spiky wheels? -
These are known as the Pizza Wheels. The tracks they leave are the result of using slow drying paper, the wheels leave tracks in the still wet ink. This problem is common with the high release papers.

Billy I have taken out the wheels on my printer and it still works ok 😀
you have to take the printer apart though.Peter

sometimes printing at 1440 helps too, as it slows the printer down a bit.

We took out all but the edge wheels and 2 in the middle.
I’d do the same.
Cheers,
Simon.
