  • Strange Sizing for vinyl

Hi, we have a customer who requires ORANGE aluminum composite boards for the outside of an industrial unit.

    The main sign size is 4no 3000mm x 1500mm (to make a 6m x 3m sign)
    The next is 10no 3000mm x 750mm (one run of approx 30m x .75m)

Ordering the orange vinyl is proving difficult due to only being able to buy vinyl 610mm & 1220mm. Vinyl logistics have disappeared (who used to do 760mm vinyl) so am a little stuck. I don’t want to order in 1220 and waste around 470mm of it.

Also wanted to flood the large sheets in one go rather than having a join. No one seems to do orange aluminum sheets either?

Do you know anyone who has stock of vinyls other than standard sizes as really don’t want to end up with lots of excess vinyl. Have you had this problem? Overlapping joins… will this be an is-ore?

Any help would be very welcomed
    Thanks

Thank you Ian for that, they are sorting a price now for me so much appreciated.

I called Amari, Robert Horne, Ensinger etc.. but none were able to help.

both Metamark and Spandex stock 760mm wide sprocketed vinyl (might be a tad tight for your 750 wide panel) but Metamark can supply unsprocketed by request
