strange one?
hi all
does anyone know or heard of Purple Fish in Nottinghill?
they phoned me today wanting a screenprint onto applemac powerbook bags. just thought it a bit strange asking me away up here, and there is plenty of screenprinters in the london area.

yes an advertising agency
my first thought was when they phoned (why phone me?) i know i have done a good few jobs in london, a few years ago now. (burberry, garrards, to name a few)
anyway if anything comes out of this, i was going to recommend yourself anyway, as you are in the area, and you do good screenprinting, ( i saw your screenprinted panel on the forums) nice and sharp.

Well if it’s the same company i’m thinking of i did some t-shirts for them a while back, but it was such a pain, they hadn’t decided the design, then they only wanted 4 items all different i might add, so i transfered them in the end.
A real run around, which ened up a rush job! Then they came back for something else, which went the same way unitl i told them to go away decide what they want and then come back with all the details 👿
Any more info on the company?? names etc.. just wondering if they are the same people

i don’t really want to do the job it’s only a small print about 5″ in white on an apple power book bag, they cost about £100 each, she wants a hundred! imagine if the print got shadowed, or a finger mark!! i don’t tend to do that, but you know what screenprinting is all about, and what can go wrong yes! i have more enjoyable things to do.
