• straight lines

Hope someone can help with this one, I see Jag Sign Supplies are selling something called an angle finder to help speed up application on vehicles where it is difficult to find a straight level line. At the moment anything that is going to help me apply graphics a bit quicker is going to be a benefit but I was just wondering if it would be just as easy to use a laser level which is a lot cheaper to buy. Not the sort of laser level that sits on a tripod but the sort that actually fit on the wall or in this case the side of the vehicle.
Any help would be much apriciated.

Was that because you didn’t think they were any good Chris or because of habit, ie: easier to stick with what you know

I like the idea, but wonder whether it would end up collecting dust? Vans like astras, berlingos and the like would be easier, but I rely on standing back and having a look – I’ve got a better eye than the customer.

I suppose it would be handy if doing big diagonal work but again nothing beats standing back and looking at it in my opinion.

Gavin, I don’t have a problem standing back and judging by eye if the graphics look OK so I agree with you on that point but I am looking at some way I can letter a van a bit quicker than I can at the moment.

If you take the plunge, let me know what you think. Like I say I do like the idea of it. I’m bad for collecting gadgets that don’t get used though!
