We used to keep them in a box for those little jobs of just when you need to cut the odd letter out, however because we hardly needed to use the scraps, the box just ends up overflowing and the vinyl inside gets damaged. So for the last few years, when the box is "overflowing" we just give it to a local primary school who are always happy to see us/our scraps

Thanks Reza. We also give the really small scraps to a local school. But it is for those vinyl pieces of 1, 2, 3 meter that we are looking for a tidy solution…

    Hi Bart

To be honest, we kept every little bit of vinyl when we started. After 5 years of hording, never been able to find the right length ( ant that the story of my life LOL) we gave the whole lot away to a school.

Now, we throw it away, ok keep 5 metres, we drop it inside a fuller roll. Scraps go straight in the bin.

Not what some people might want to hear, but space and time is important to us.

I normally roll them up & put them inside the new roll of that colour if they are usable lengths.

I do the same as Martin tbh, 1+metre is rolled and added inside the tube.
………. I do horde the scraps and tend to make little stars etc and fleabay them…. but thats because I’m only just starting out :lol1:
