What price for stickers printed on a Roland PC60 ?

We use our machine for printing our own stickers but need an idea what to charge retail. What woulld be a fair price for say 1metre of vinyl full of 68mm round stickers ?

I generally charge a minimum 4 to 5 times materials cost for these. This way spot colour prints are much cheaper than full colour. This system is fair on you and your customer. If you drop much below the 4-5:1 ratio you are in danger of losing money if things go wrong and you need to reprint.

if i was pricing for stickers i would price per sticker. it also depends on if its spot colour or 4 colour process. also size..

i charge from about 1.50 – 2.75 for a small hard hat sticker. for lots you can drop the price a tad but i would go much lower unless hundreds.
tahts were your machines makes you money.. short runs.
screen printers would find it to exspensive to set up a screen etc for 50-100 small stickers. and they are two small for cut vinyl.. so no real alternative for durable labels.. so.. you can charge knowing your not getting undercut unless clint eastwood up the road doing a deal 😀

an A4 i would charge 20 pounds one off… but for a image much larger i would price it per A4 at 15 pounds each..

Basically , you should be about the same or 10% below what it would cost the customer to have the stickers screened and die cut.
Be aware that cmyk + a spot metallic can cost up to GBP80 per sq meter , work on that and x the cost of materials by 5
Your yield of 68mm rounds is 200 per sq meter – so in the worst case , the sticker would cost 40 pence , sell at 2 quid.
Obviously you have to take things on a case by case basis , if the guy wanted 5 of them , I would quadruple the price and if he wanted 10 000 , I would seriously sharpen the pencil.
