    Does anybody know of a company that will sprocket my own material that I wish to use on a gerber edge.

    when you say "your own material" do you mean you are having it manufactured? im guessing not… if buying from a reputable supplier you may find they also offer the same product sprocketed.

    what type/brand of vinyl are you using?

    I think Cherwells have just bought a 380 sprocketer. They may do it for you. 01280 840297

    I’d be surprised if you couldn’t get whatever material you need in 380 spv anyway, assuming it’s vinyl of course.

    If someone has bought a machine i wouldn’t advertise it , they should be paying Gerber a licensing fee to use their sprocketing configuration , that’s partly why sprocketed material is more expensive per m2 than non-sprocketed.
    As everyone has said , very few things you cant find sprocketed already , if its a one off speak to a friendly signmaker nearby who will cut the unsprocketed stuff for you ?
