Sports and Cycle shop signage
Hi, have been asked to design a shop front which measures 3000×500. I haven’t been given an idea of what this person wants as they said they would leave it to me. What are peoples opinions and thoughts on this design. There is also a phone number to the included but don’t know it yet. any help would be greatly appreciated and am open to ideas and changes.

I prefer the bottom one but the little figure on top is pushing everything down making it all look bottom heavy.
Add a made up phone number at this stage to get the look and balance right.Generally I think this is rather appealing.

I suggest you use only one colour for the title
By alternating the colour of text you cut down on legibility and it looks less than professional
If you really need do it to then put an outline of another strong colour around all of itto tie it all together
Squint at what you have and you will see half the text before the rest
your mind has to think what it says its not easy to readcommon mistake used in many play school signs
