I have a small job to do on a van and I am struggling with one of the words.
I have to put "Children’s Wear" and "Babies Wear" but it is the babies bit that I am not sure off. Is it Babies wear, Baby’s wear, or baby wear?

Any grammar experts out there that can help please.
    😮 (?) (?) (?)

I had the same thing last year with TOYS. Just didn’t look right without the apostrophe

OOoooo got me thinking that one did. 🙄

Apostrophe is used to indicate possession with a single noun eg. baby’s wear (ie the clothes belong to the baby) It always appears after the thing doing the possessing so not babys’

Also can be used to show a missing letter eg It’s (shortened form of It is)

Not used for plurals eg She owned lots of CDs.

    Clear as mud 😀

If in a sentence I think you would say
    children’s and baby ware

What is right don’t know but its what you would say.

This was up a wee while back for plural possessives.
