You should be able to get something from various PDFs on these pages, Alphabet drawings for the Transport Heavy and Regulatory signs for the P670 speed limit diagram.

if it’s on a private road, i wouldn’t worry about having the exact ‘font’, i just buy 300mm ((for residential and ommercial) blanks, apply white reflective backing, red reflective outer 50mm, and a simple ariel bold number,

you don’t always need reflective either.

if it’s going on a public highway though, best do it right !
