    Omg. Help.

The manifold on which the dampers go onto has just snapped. The head is fine but the nipple the damper goes on is snapped a little. Can I just replace the manifold as I can buy the part from digi print supplies for 9 euros. Is it an east thing to do as don’t fancy forking out for a whole new head plus fitting.

    I feel sick now.

yes you are correct and can order the manifold, when u do take it apart u will find a rubber seal, make sure u get this or try and use the one that u have.

Absolutely can be done as the guys have pointed out already. You will need to do some calibrating of the head to get it perfect but shouldn’t be too far out. Make sure you don’t over tighten it as that will restrict the ink flow.
