    Hello everyone

Looking for a supplier of the above. its a bit odd and the customer has specified how he thinks it should be done and…..well…… he gets other stuff so here goes.

its a small a3 sign for above a jewellery counter. the letters are arabic and have bits that are small so they will have to have be attached with some sort of bridges.

hes going to cover the clear acrylic face with small jewels.

so its going to need polishing I’m but im not sure how it should be cut.

Looking for suppliers that do this sort of thing.

    cheers

    Jim

have someone laser cut it which will give you polished edges, just draw thin bridges in to hold the design together once the design has its jewels on bridges won’t be seen.

    Agree with Big Kev…

Laser all the way with this one!

    Laser cut.

We did something similar for a customer who was adamant they wanted acrylic stencils.

Speak to plastic formers in Manchester who we used. 3mm is the smallest stroke they can cut or it welds together.

Think we paid £50 for two A3 sized ones, sure its their min order value.

Think you might struggle getting some of that laser cut, centre motif for one has very fine strokes that I don’t think will cut at that sort of size. Another option would be to get it engraved & filled, laser or rotary engraved & then filled with black paint.
