  • Small screws for sign locators.

OK my lovelies this is my current dilema. I have purchased some very small sign locators from "Tradefix" I didn’t realise at the time that they also supply the screws for these fixings. I ran ragged around town looking for small enough screws to fit these tiny fixings. I tried Screwfix and Toolstation and B&Q and did find small screws that were just a tad tight in the bottom of the cup. The result of which has resulted in each and every fixing failing by splitting along its length.
I have costed these screws with Tradesigns and nearly fell off my chair….250 No. screws including postage comes to £23.34 😮 The screws I bought at B&Q were £1.80 and I consider B&Q expensive.
So Ladles and Jellyspoons can anyone point me to a supplier of these screws? or know the proper size of the screws for reference.

    I thank you! 😉

    Well my dear

I’ve had the same problem – but I solved my dilemma at B&Q and bought the tiniest of screws I could find. You obviously didn’t look long enough and hard enough cos I was able to find some that were small enough

Looks like another trip to B&Q is on the cards then. Now where did I put my magnifying glass. :clap2:
