Site Problems!
hi all..
well im sure some of you have noticed the site being down now and again..
i have been trying to get to the bottom of this for some time now.
the people that host the site say it is “not” down.
the people that host the domain say they have no problems at their end.. so whos telling porky pies?rob has been looking into it also and has recently discovered what he thinks is the problem.
he reckons there isa problem with the DNS record (the uksignboards.com name)
at times….its not pointing to the place we have the site. so the site is not down.. its basicaly not being found! (i think)
i will be calling the company that host my domain name tommorrow, so ill keep you posted.its a bit of a relief for me, as i thought it was the people hosting my webspace.. having now changed and upgraded the site hosts 3 times i didnt want to have to do it all again… not so much cost, more a pain and inconvenience to all… 🙄

I’ve gotta tell you Rob, after waiting so long to be able to buy Mike’s CD I logged on to get his details but the bloody site was down wasn’t it? Anyway all organised (I hope).
