Hi all, I’m not sure if anyone can help with this as I know not many people in the UK use inspire but as we have quite a lot of US members I will ask anyway.
We use inspire 1.5 for sign design and find it easy to use so I am reluctant to change to any other software (that and I can’t really afford to change). The problem we have is that we keep getting “unresolved internal errors” and it is starting to drive us nuts. We save our work frequently which helps but it is a real pain when the software suddenly fails and you need to shut the program down and restart it. Sometimes we have to shut the whole computer down and restart.
There seems to be very little help available for inspire and Scanvec who made it now produce flexi. I have tried to find patches and upgrades in the hope that these may fix the problem but there seems to be little if nothing available.

    Martin,
Has this problem allways happened or has it started to happen recently?
Have you installed any new software, printers, drivers etc recently?
Have you run a diagonstic programe like windoctor to see if it finds any problems?

I personally dont use inspire but i tend to use any cutting software on a “clean” machine. ie thats all the computer has to deal with, cutting.
No other printers or fancy software at all(I do that on another PC that are networked)

It sounds like you have a conflict going on with another bit of software…..
    although I could be wrong!!
