Hey Phil,
It’s 407 square metres down stairs which includes a small entry space the kitchen and the toilets. Upstairs is about 120 square metres.
I will get a couple of pics from inside today. The office isn’t finished yet. So all up its about 5200 square feet.
For now my brother and I will be in there but we are putting someone basically as soon as we move in.
