• Sign frame help

Hi all I normally make my signs in to trays and don’t really use a frame, however customer would like a frame sign so it will match his other branch, the problem is I can get access from sides or top so how would I push the di bond panel into the frame or can I get a front loading sign or would I need to make a hanging rail ?

The sign is 20 feet x 3 feet

If I hang it from the top rail and then fit the bottom trim what will hold the lower part of the frame in place other than the 2 corner clips, please help

    Hi Rich

Yes you can get a front loading frame system so what you see on SMP is correct.

Just in case you were doubting yourself 😉 :lol1:

most frame sections will accept front loading, its just a case of making the panel the correct size. You do need a hanging strip, basically you put the panel in at 45 degrees lift it up & drop into lower trim, push all the way to one side then do the same with the next panel. Did have a instruction sheet for sizing etc on double & multi panel signs. SMP do the Roller Bead which is front loading and is very easy to use but is a ugly looking frame.
