Sign backing plates – plastic / metal ??
Need to make up some no parking signs, anyone know of a good supplier for the backing boards – sign itself will be cut vinyl lettering straight onto the board.
Either thinking of something like 3mm plastic ( acrylic ? ) sheet, or 1mm ish metal sheet.
Need a supplier that does small orders and will offer them in various pre cut sizes

Mike, where are they going to be fitted? Acrylic is very brittle and if they are going on something like a wall then they may well break at the fixing points when fitted. I would use a metal substrate, Ashby will supply you with whatever size you need and whatever quantity.

Thanks Martin, they are for wall fitting so metal probably will be the best option.
