    hi guys,
hope your all having a great monday morning 😕 , I’ve got a client that wants a screen approx 600mm width by 700mm height (can be varied) have to be a monitor that can face the sunlight as going in the flat a window of a van, i know estate agents use similar ones and needs to be thin with usb/wifi connectivity and either 12v or could be run through an inverter, so images can be changed from a central server etc, any ideas or advice would be gratefully received, cheers shawn

try Fairfields will give you a starting point costs can be high and maybe frown upon by Police as a distraction etc

We’ve done a few of these as an alternative to menus in take-aways / supply files for upload.

Doesn’t need to be anything fancy these days as most single screens can show a slideshow from a USB or run something a lot fancier from a small nettop PC or even a Raspberry Pi II. Multi output animations over 5 or 6 screens with the right software etc etc

We’ve had excellent results from the cheap ‘home brand’ HD LED from Tesco with the added advantage of a good warranty or Samsung for a slightly neater / smaller bezel.

Viewing in direct sunlight will ALWAYS be an issue…

    Hi

You will need an inverter to run these on 12v.

Also you will be lucky to find a high brightness monitor thats thin. Looking around 80mm

    Regards

    WOW Graphic’s
please read the site rules self promotion is not permitted & suppliers have to register as suppliers, a introduction in the hello section normally goes a long way as well
