    flat cut 5mm foam
i put a paper template up and stuck the letters on with hot glue only seconds to bond

the road was i bit more fun again 5mm foam but only 10mm wide so bendy
back to coach lines and starting at one end pulling tight
i used a re-fix automotive tape for this which is called glue on a roll great stuff used it for years

the scooter and man /dog is full colour print then i used a jig saw to cut out

could not use my normal trade supplier to do the letters as they were so small but got a great company to laser the foam even though i was told by my normal supplier it was impossible to laser cut foam

well there on the wall and i put small ones on another wall

    thanks rich

    Richard
its not that you can’t laser foam, more like you shouldn’t due to the chlorinated gases given off which are deadly to humans & machinery. Requires a very heavy duty set up but not your prob as you only brought them in.

thats what the guy that did them told me

he went on to say its a paint as it ruins the filters and you need a good set up
