We have done round static cling tax disks but found that it leaves nicks in the circle when cut.

thanks all any ideas on prices please and how do i do it i.e print on clear in reverse but i need a white backing ????????

what we did was cut the static cling on a Camm1 as this did not have the same effect as the PC60 as mentioned before leaving nicks.
We then printed and cut the graphic on white vinyl and overlayed.
We priced these @ around £1.75 each + vat. Design was just 2 spot colours.

forgot to mention the diameter of vinyl was 20mm less then the static cling.

Yes.
Used the static cling from Victory, both clear and white. Only problem faced at one time was doing a test application to soon, some of the resin came off on the window glass.

hi thanks all for replies
am i right in thinking i don’t print on to the self cling but print on to vinyl then stick vinyl to self cling
or am i just not thinking 😳 -
I print onto the static cling direct. Just done some for one of our cars, and used the white ribbon as well.

ok i see so just normal setting but cut in mirror

I did the same as Sharon when first starting out …. I stuck the sample to the window too soon ….. as in almost straight away 🙄 😀 and then complained like I do … till I realised my error … or till Steve realised my error 😉
We print onto white and clear and leave an unprinted border of a couple of mil around the edge aswell.
Carrie 😀
hmmm… I hope that makes sense? 😛
