• Routed signage: Closed

I routed this out this morning.
I used a 120degree v-carve bit. It was designed in Omega Composer, then I used Artpath and the add on program Auto-Carve to do the prismatic lettering. I used a piece of Alder to match the existing signage in the area.
Total cut time was 25 minutes with a tool change in the middle.
I cleaned it up with a chisel, I think I had my feed rate a little too high for this type of wood.
The wood will be stained and the letters painted red. I will try to post a picture of the finished product.
