    Evening All,

My boss has just seen an editorial in our local chamber of commerce magazine about a company offering graphics onto roller shutters (full colour prints not cut vinyl)

Anyone give me the heads up on how these are setup, fitted etc as he wants me to do all of ours as advertising space 😕

A recent Metamark brochure featured a Company in Malta having done this using MD5 laminated with MG700. I’ve only done roller shutters on vehicles. Fit the print in one piece with a felt squeegee then slit along each roller strip (2 cuts per gap to remove a thin piece) and feed in with some heat to make it stay.
The biggest problem is getting the shutter clean enough along the edges.

    Hi Peter,

Sounds like the right idea anyway, had a visit from Gill (william smith) who suggested the same as you.

I’m just printing a test one now and will hope to fit next week – watch this space.
