    hi guys, can anyone shed some light onto this, been printing fine up to this afternoon, all colours fine except blue so i did a test print and this is whats come out, c head is not good (to say the least), any ideas on a fix? any help appreciated, thanks in advance,

    Posibly a captop issue not sealing really good clean or replace.
    One side of the blue worse so is one cart very low

    hi chris thanks for reply so quickly just been working on it and done a powerful clean on just c and looks like resolved issue maybe was a blockage? Cheers Shawn

    might be worth having a set of captops replaced and maybe dampers they only use to rate them for 6-12 months really depend how much use, cleaning regime and when last changed. No real reason for you to get a blockage etc if all are good. has Chris said low carts can be a pain especially with failing dampers

    thanks kev will at getting someone to do that, had them replaced this yr but will look into it, cheers again
