Roland VS-640 Print Head Problems – recommendations please?
We have been told by Roland that we require a new print head and they will not send a technician as we are not on mainland UK (live in the Orkney Islands).
I will hazard a guess that a print head replacement cannot be done without a technician?
Can anyone recommend someone who can do this? (Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section!)
I have attached some tests etc. in the off chance that someone has encountered these results before.

is there a colour missing ?
just had to change my vs head not too dis similar problem, so roland may well be right.
its not difficult but with the expense of the head involved unless you are confident with working on these machines see a tech.

Yes, the white has been cropped off this.
Is there a decent step by step guide for doing so?
