I have found a 2nd user machine about 3 years old and the guy said the heads need cleaned, I questioned him about this and he has been using a bulk ink system. I presume that is why the heads are blocked or not printing correctly.

If I buy this machine is there an easy way to flush these out and have them working again. I would prefer to use the proper inks rather than 3rd party. Will this have damaged the machine? Should I buy it?

    Thanks.

Andy if the heads are blocked, then there is no guarantee that they can be recovered,
if the seller cant show you a good test print, then steer clear. if the heads could have been cleaned, I would have thought the seller would have tried already.

Thanks Peter, I will go and look at it and ask for a test print, ask him to do a thorough clean.
