    Hi Shawn

I don’t see an issue although I’m not really using it as much as others.

I have got an issue with pre-feeding the media though, I’m currently using the VSi as a vinyl cutter (Media too wide for my graphtec) and it seems to pre-feeding the material to make sure there’s enough?

Never had this before and can’t find any options for it to stop, great feature but **** me it takes ages.

    Do you get this?

Worked out . my bug, it’s due to using the print & cut setting.

Can the cut-only setting be programmed to use heat? I need a little heat as the media is really think and with a little heat it cuts perfectly.

HI Daniel, There is an option in the machines menu to switch pre-feed on or off. You should find it by pressing "Menu" then selecting "Cutting Menu" then "Pre-feed" Just switch it "off" from here. Not aware of any way to add heat when cutting only. With regards to rip times Versaworks Dual is really slow. What I tend to do is load in a few jobs at a time, print the 1st and while its printing set the others to Rip only. You can do this by selecting your chosen setting then clicking the "cog" icon on the menu bar at the bottom.

    All the best,
    Davy

I’m finding it very slow to rip compared to the previous versions. Just finished a three day & night print session & went through 400 metres of vinyl. Not caught up with sleep yet but job done.

I’m same been doing what davy has been doing bringing one in start printing then ripping rest as its printing, also noticed its a lot more prone to crashing than last version.
