Roland print studio trial anyone else not get dongle for trial?
Hi all, downloaded the free trial for Roland print studio (curtesy of Printmax thank you) couldn’t get the software to load properly then wouldn’t recognise printer (ej640), then spoke to Roland tech who were great logged into my Mac and got it to recognise printer, but doesn’t work unless Roland sales send you the dongle for the 30 day trial as you need dongle to use, now I’ve had the software for nearly 3 weeks and still not received a dongle in post, spoken to Roland numerous times who have said will sort and get sent but never received anything?
It really surprises me that Roland DG who are trying to sell this newish software and offering a free trial can get this so wrong?
Anyone else experienced this or had the free trial that never materialises?
