Hi, I have recently bought a second-hand PC60. I am having trouble positioning a graphic on the vinyl I have looked over the boards to see if this topic has already been covered and I can’t find it. I use flexi 6.6 on XP and I am using the print function as you would with a desktop printer i.e file > print, then I use the driver to set the options and media size but when I print it seems to have a mind of it’s own as to whereabouts on the vinyl it prints it.No software came with the printer. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this problem.

    Thanks for reading

    Steve

You need to set the "base point" on the printer itself.

    Do this as follows:

Once you have loaded your vinyl – move the knife/print head (using the arrow keys on the printer) to the position where you would like printing to begin (the point of the knife pointing at the actual position). Then press the "Base Point" button on the printer to tell it to start there.

    Then print as normal 😀
