Can i print and cut just using the parallel port or does a serial need plugging in too?

    Thankyou!!!

What do you intend to do with the pc 50
It’s a very outdated machine spares etc. very hard to find.
so just wondering why you bought it?

I got it as it was a good option to use instead of weeding everything,

I am starting to realise though that getting print cartridges for this printer is going to be a issue.

But mainly I got it due to its price but if I was going to use it as just a cutter I would of just brought a cutter..

I did originally buy the pc 60 but I was ripped off and lost all my money for it.

I would listen to peter on this one! This machine is now obsolete and not supported in any way by Roland,
In fact not sure were you would get any parts for it only place would be flea-bay if your lucky! could only find one seller for the ribbons

Would you guys say the pc 60 had better support out there?
As you can still get a pc 60 for under £1000 and then the pc 600 for around £1500 +
