Rockhopper problem
I just get this urgent question from a rockhopper 3 user.
Hello, Bart.
I don’t like to push on people this way but it is an urgency for me. I just read a post you sent to Uksigns. If I’m not wrong , you own a Mutoh Rockhopper, just like me. I have a broken line (tube) in my Rockhopper. I know this for sure because it has happened before and the technicien sent from my Mutoh supplier just joined the two ends together and put something like adhesive bandage around them ( as he had forgotten to bring tubes). This happened with the black ink tube, and now I see the same symptoms: no black printing, black spots around the tube, etc.
And I must do an urgent job tomorrow….
Now, the thing is: How do you open the back cover in the Mutoh Rockhopper? I can’t work it out because I was not looking at it when the technicien did it.
I am not writing to the uksings message board because I have to wait until they activate my account.

how did the guy get your details?
and what is the reason for your post, do you want an answer to his question, or are you unhappy that you have been contacted?I’m sure his account will be activated in due course if he is elligable.
