Robert Horne Group has been appointed Alcoa’s preferred partner to distribute the Reynobond range in the UK.

Manufactured in Europe, Reynobond offers one of the most innovative, creative and exciting ranges of products for the design, architectural and sign-making communities. Reynobond is available in one of the widest ranges of surfaces and in a broad range of dimensions. In addition to being lightweight with exceptional bending stiffness and flatness, Reynobond is also highly resistant to corrosion, weathering and warping making it ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.

The Reynobond range adds strength to Robert Horne’s already market-leading range of sign making materials, which, combined with their extensive experience and dedicated logistics capability means Robert Horne is able to provide its customers with an unrivalled offering in terms of choice, quality and price.

Another leading brand available through Robert Horne is Foamalux. Foamalux PVC sheets provide the optimum surface finish for all types of processing achieving outstanding results for printing, in the application of vinyl or digital graphics as well as photographic print mounting. Foamalux coloured sheets are frequently specified because of the shade depth and intensity, widely considered to be the best available.

The increase in demand for products with recycled content is catered for by Foamalux Xtra. This rigid, closed cell foam PVC sheet consists of a core of recycled material with co-extruded smooth surfaces of virgin material. The high density, fine, uniform and hard surface means a better quality finish for all types of processing and provides excellent adhesion for print and vinyl application. The hard surface also provides better wear, scratch and indent resistance than standard PVC foam sheets. The white surface provides endless opportunities for creative projects while the black core is practical in that it disguises dirt, ensuring that signs and displays look better for longer. A single sided version with white virgin material surface and recycled black base material is also available.

Where a high gloss finish is required, Foamalux Ultra is available in an extensive assortment of bright colours. The smooth, gloss surface is an integral part of the sheet and therefore will not de-laminate when fabricated. It is the ideal substrate for a variety of vinyl and ink finishes. Foamalux Ultra has endless applications in the sign, display and fabrication industries.
