    Risk Assesment question

    Hi

    I have a job of fitting a customer supplied 5M x 1.5M Dibond flat Panel Sign.
    This will be fitted using a cherry picker.
    This is sited on a car park in ramp at about 4M up which will be blocked on one side.

    The problem is I have been asked for a risk assessment for this job.
    I have no idea how to do this or how it should be laid out.

    Can anyone help me?
