RHG what is going on?
for the last 3 months have had nothing but aggro ordering LG laminate, its always on order or due in etc up to now after complaining an alternative was offered at the same price. Used 5 Rolls this month need another 2 for order going out tomorrow & Friday best RH can say is its due in Friday. Are customers not important to RH even more so is the UKSG not important to them. Yes i know i can go elsewhere but being a small company i like to keep my accounts simple so i try to order from several larger companies rather than loads of smaller ones & keep my paperwork to the minimum.

Kevin I had to stop using them after they bought Europoint as I had nothing but hassle from the accounts side of things. After RH bought Europoint they decided I didn’t have an account and tried to tell me I’d never had one! That said, they always had what I needed in stock and it came on time.

few issues with RH and stock with one line of their materials, but 99% no problem with Bristol.

99% of the time no problems but this LG laminate which they switched us to has been the biggest pain. The contract runs for 18 months so i don’t really want to change products now i have started using it plus its going onto a LG vinyl.Kev

APS also sell LG, so may be worth trying them until Robert Horne have stock.

we already use APS for LG High Tack and we are looking to now swap over to them permanently if RH can’t solve the supply problem, i’m not interested in flitting between suppliers. Its a shame because i’ve been a Europoint customer for a long time and as i said i like keeping suppliers to a small numberKev

I know how you feel Kev, I wanted a roll of banner media but RH were sold out but getting some in on the monday in 4 days time. OK i says i’ll order some of that. Can’t do i’m told as it’s all reserved. OK i’ll order some of the next delivery after that one, again i can’t as they are not allowed to take orders that far in advance. So i’ve started using another media Soyang just need to find a supplier who can deliver a roll in perfect condition as Victory can’t.

I think Pyramid and Doro do the Soyang banner, so it may be worth trying them.
APS also have a good range. Robert Horne are our main supplier, but we have also had
issues with both banner, and LG laminate deliveries, strangely enough.
