Replacement ink cartridges
Hello all,
We recently bought a Grenadier and are now at the point where we need to replace the supply of cartridges which came with the machine.
We have been called regularly by the suppliers of the machine, seeking to sell us more ink and given their enthusiasm to supply the replacement cartridges, I get the feeling there is a deal to be had somewhere!
I’d be interested to hear what other users are paying for cartridges and perhaps their suppliers.

Dont mess with alternative carts or inks , the convertors of the machine have made profiles and tested the inks, if you want consistency and reliability , get theirs.
At the end of it all , you can probably use any solvent based ink in the machines assuming the conversion was done well.
http://www.techink.com/ most likely have a compatible ink.
The main reason to convert an eco-sol machine would be 2 fold , 1) to increase durability due to the more agressive ink and 2) to substantially drop ink costs.
Inks for this machine should NOT cost more than about GBP120 per litre , at Gbp60 per cart (200 ml) it’s pretty expensive imho.
I pay less for my Eco-sol inks at about GBP 45. -

Been reading the boards for a couple of months now, and having read many of your posts on digital printing, its quite clear you know what you’re talking about and so I wasn’t surprised when you posted a reply! Cheers.
The machine suppliers are offering replacements at £55, which appears to be in line with your figures. Thanks again,

i believe printmax, are doing the best priced carts at the moment.
b&p for inks? at least d!ck Turpin wore a mask. 😉 :lol1:
