You can’t, or at least i would not advise it.
It is the same van as the Vauxhall Vivaro and manufactured by Vauxhall.
I can assure you that unless you are a specialist and have proper equipment, this should not be attempted.
The driver and passenger side handles are the hardest and i have saw how difficult it is first hand with 2 mechanics in the factory removing them. the inside door on the front two doors need stripped down and the windows removed before even getting access to the handle. The rear door didnt take as long but still took the guy a fair bit of time.

please be aware that your attempt on removing such items, any items for that matter, on a vehicle of 3 years or less, you are actually voiding your customers warranty on the vehicle.

    thanks for the reply .

Really ! invalidates the warranty ! i can understand doing a remap or adding coilovers ,but a door handle ?

if i cant remove the door handle or other bits on the back door its going to make the wrap nigh on impossible 😮

This is correct. Please do not get me wrong, I am fully aware of wrappers removing handles after looking for an online demo on youtube or something without giving it a second thought. But this is fact. If you cant get the handle back on properly. does the customer claim it through their insurance? for them to investigate and find out you are not a mechanic, they will not pay out. does the customer approach the vehicle dealer blaming a dodgy handle? again, investigated, they have zero claim.
your customer will now turn to you to make right and incur costs.

explain the scenario to your customer. be up front. if they don’t want the extra costs of properly removing the handles they must accept and inferior finish of applying over/around the handles.
I will be honest, I do not remove any parts of a commercial vehicle ever. and ive been installing graphics 26 years.
if i do, its hired hand or the customer deals with it. at the end of the day I am a vinyl applicator not a mechanic. 😀

this is just a van, but where do you draw the line? Mercedes sports car, Bentley… Ferrari?
