    removing pinch rollers on the SC545EX

    Hi All,

    I have been having issues with the print and cut alignment on my machine after months of stress I have been told that an option would be to change the pinch rollers however I can not disconnect them from the machine and wondered if anyone had experience in this area?>

    do you just want to change the pinch rollers or the whole arm
