If its an premium wrap film you’ll get it done very quickly.

Be careful if it was 3M and primer 94 was used. That’s a pain to get off.

I use one of those gas blower heaters. I leave it on a section for 5 minutes and peel it off. Comes off pretty easily.

Always charge an hourly rate and keep the customer informed of any new developments during the removal if it isn’t going to plan.

Sorry Peter i dont know what brand it is, it is a mass advertising job, Ie a product that did the vans etc of every stockist they had so im guessing its not the best of the best.. Cheers Jason for the tips, i have told the customer that if any lacquer etc comes off them it has nothing to do with me..

get a disclaimer signed before you peel, at the very least an email acknowledgment that you are not responsible for any damage that may arise as a result of peeling off the vinyl.

I usually find though, the more you worry about something, the easier and better to plan it goes!

Yeah Hugh ill be doing that for sure, when i did a wrapping course we practiced on a hire car, the car looked ok but had been painted, the wrap took nearly a complete side off right down to the primer..
