    Hi Colin,
There is a printable "Removable" and "Reposition" vinyl. It kind of acts like a magnetic sign but will stick to glass and paint (Painted Fiberglass) etc. Can’t remember what it is called possibly someone else will know. Also I’m not sure of its life expectancy but it does work.

I’m pretty sure I saw some artic trailers with banner type signs fitted using aluminum frames, could be an idea.

    As Neil says…

there are banner type options, several actually.
trouble is, the frame must be fixed to the box in some way. i.e. rivets.
this allows for the company be able to change full size adverts fast and as much as they want and relatively cheap as its just a banner in a big clip-frame (so to speak)

companies that do this sort of thing are http://www.agripa.com/
alternatives is spiritflex. there are others but names escape me at the mo…

    Guys
don’t think the hire company will be to happy when he returns the van with new signage on the side. My understanding is he hires vans in, not hiring them out

i see where your coming from now Kev… 😉

    WOT? 😮

    :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

magnetics for the doors and bonnet will work at least?
as has been said, repositionable digital media will be a quick fix but costly if short term rentals.
if they are leased months at a time then same as above or simply digital prints. there is only so much you can save your customer. if its not possible within budget then the ball is back in his court.

    😳

Why not get one of those projection companies to run alongside the box van projecting the advert on the side like they did with Buck House!! 😕

Seriously, why not get the signs printed onto short term removable vinyl and go with that.

Go straight to the hire company
Offer to install banner frames like Rob suggested, on all their vehicles.
Go round to all their regular customers, including your guy, and offer to make up inserts to fit the frames.
    Win win.

    Maybe phototex is an option?

I do like the projection idea!!!!….

Going to have a word with the hire company – you never know might lead to a nice little earner, if that don’t work magnets for the doors is what I’m going to push

    Cheers guys

Now where is that old slide projector……

edit: not seen phototex before, ordering a £12 sample roll to test it out
