Reintroduction
Just thought I would reintroduce myself – I have been a member for a few years but as you can see by the amount of posts, I haven’t been able to contribute much.
The reasons for that are because being an employee in a sign company, obviously I couldn’t spend too much on here & never had the time to help out with designs or anything like that.
I now have internet connection at home & so I am hoping to play a bigger part in the day to day things here.
Enough waffle.. I started out working for a nameplate company in the early 80’s…working in the studio using letraset, rotring pens, a repro camera & step & repeat machines
There I learnt how to screen print, etch, engrave, anodise etc etc
I now work for a company specialising in Estate Agent work…boards, fascias & displays
I’m more involved in the design side now but still get my hands dirty now & again
Using Corel & Signlab & also running a Grenadier & an Epson 9800
As I say I am hoping to up my contribution & if I can pluck up the courage you might even get a mug shot
