Recharged my batteries at V Festival!!!!!

Hi, Yeah i went, Great weekend! Bit disappointed with the main headliners this year though as I dislike both radiohead & morrissey, Only really went cos the chelmsford site is less than 3 miles away from where i live and it got me away from work for 2days, Kasabian were fantastic, Faithless were good but they are almost part of the furniture at V festivals now, seen them so many times there, Never thought I’d say it but the sugar babes were good as well, Some Australian guy in the JJb tent by the name of Xavier Rudd was fantastic! and of course fat-boy slim! What a showman!

I’ve been to everyone now (all 11 of them v96 to v2006) Best headliners in my opinion were The Prodigy( My best mate plays drums for them but I’m not biased honest..!! 🙂 and the red hot chili peppers who have both headlined twice, Robbie was good a few years back as well!

Did you go to chelmsford or the one up north??

Weston Park………….rained pretty much all day on the Saturday, overcast on the Sunday. Apart from the weather it was so much fun, it’s as though you go to another planet for the weekend 😀

so your one of the people who make made my life hell last weekend 👿 only joking 😀 but i do live in a village next to Weston park and it is hell over the weekend, with the traffic, the lights and the noise, but hay its only one weekend and i did get some work out of it making parking signs for enterprising local field owners parking cars 😀 (!)
