re one way vision (contra vision film)
Well hello all, not been about but still popping in and out of here when I have 5mins.
My life has been taken over by my son racing motocross. Anyway I need some advise just to make things easier for me when fitting. I have a large window to fit in the above material and I need to print in 3 parts having 2 joins in the oneway film. Now I know its impossible to be able to line the dots up on the joins but do any of you have any tips for fitting when you need to join. Do I print with an overlap fit and then trip through both sections when fitted and remove the off cut from the face and behind or just over lap?? many thanks Rich 😀 -

You’ve answered your own question mate. Overlap and kiss cut.

Overlap and use knife less tape from signgeer. Never done it but sounds plausible

Hi Scott we do use knife less tape but I think for the type of finish I’m after on a window graphic i.e a nice straight horizontal line I feel the use of this tape would produce a poor looking job, as I thought overlap and kiss cut using a nice straight edge, thanks Rich
