    Can’t open RasterLink

    It says

    JET RUNTIME HAS DETECTED UNRECOVERABLE ERROR #17. Please, contact the vendor of the application. Extra information about error …

    Anyone know what this is? My rep didnt know either.

    Jet is a Java component in your computers OS – have you updated any java or windows before this error?(Rasterlink hates any updates 👿 )

    Thanks Colin. Yep Windows did an update….

    Which is what I thought might have caused it.

    I need a solution fast as we’ve jobs on the go.

    My only idea is to uninstall software but I’m unsure about deactivating the machine etc and not installing it back properly

    Reinstall is the fastest option unfortunately 🙁

    We’ve turned off window updates for the rasterlink machine, saves a lot of trouble (and use Nortons to protect it from any nasty’s in cyberland)
