erm…….its not very good! Sorry I cant help, it looks like your vinyl was crooked going in and crooked or slipping feeding through.
-
not sure what it is supposed to look like, but dirty heads and alignment problems if it were on my printer.
what is with the magenta, is that smudged or how it printed?
-
Cleaned regularly, inc. 2 powerful cleans this morning plus 1 full maintenance clean, This image is correct as the test print NO photographic errors or adjustment

I am with drew on the mag the others don’t look too bad i.e no drop out. i take it they have been cleaned have you tried soaking the heads in the capping station then printing some solid mag .

My hubby just had a look and he seems to think that your magenta nozzle/head is partially blocked causing the misty overspray.
-
Yes you are all on the right lines, most colours fine – but what is going on with the magenta. Machine: uniform cadet plus, Activasol ink
-
Definatly Magenta head is partially blocked. Had the same problem lately
-
Phil, your magenta capping station may have a blockage. If that does not drain properly, the magenta head will not be cleaned properly. Doing the head clean makes the problem worse.
I have a similar problem with my black head. For some reason the capping station blocks easily, and if I don’t pick it up in time, it gives a similar result when printing.
Try soaking flushing fluid on each cap and see if it drains thru. If it just sits there, it could be because of a blockage.
You may also have an air leak in the magenta line, making it hard for ink to be fed to the head consistantly. This is more likely at the pump end, caused by the rotar on the pump rubbing the clear tube that it goes around.
Hope that helps.

good point shane i noticed my mag capping station didnt drain properly when cleaning you can turn the pump by hand to help or if you try uncoupling the joint this frees it could just be a bubble i clean and grease every friday without fail also make sure the tubes are greased properly in the right place!
i know someone who was greasing the white plastic gear wheels on the side (not me)hope its ok

Phill. Check the bottom of the drain tubes. In the past i had a partial blockage. Ink was draining but not to the extent it should have. Causing no end of trouble. Also twist the bottom of the tubes to ensure no dried ink is there.
As shane and others said. Flush with solvent. Head soak for 12 hrs. Try again.
Let us know how you get on mate.

if it’s a nozzle check, i think your heads are out of line
could also be that when you print with full solvent your heads need replacement.see what it does when you put the head in the capping station and then by the waste bottle suck the ink trew the heads and capping station using a syringe.
start ruling things out: vinyl, capping station, air in the tubes, nozzles not open, head not aligned.
if all else fails i suggeste :
you take a baseballbat, chainsaw, sledgehammer or whatever and walk up the the printer and thenfuck the fucker up for not printing the fuck right, fucking fucked up printer, i’ll throw your ass out on the street if you don’t stop bitching you fucking machine you 👿 stop making me lose fucking money you fucked up moneydrain you, ill bang you the fuck up biaatch
trust me you’ll feel alot better 😎
