    Hiya Tim,

There’s a Metamark MD5 printable matt white vinyl which can be used for underwater applications. It hasn’t been tested (as far as I’m aware) in swimming pools so there would be no guarantee how long the print would last in the chemicals used and the surface it’s being applied to would need to be a flat smooth surface for the adhesive to adhere properly. Test would probably be advised initially.

There is this guide of how to apply under water.

Let me know if you need any other info. Happy to help! πŸ™‚

Why matt vinyl? Surely it will look the same as gloss if applied under water?

Probably best to speak with suppliers about this one Tim, cast is generally OK for use on boats & in sea water but the chemicals that are added to swimming pools may have an adverse effect on some of the adhesives used with different brands.
Does it really need to be a matt vinyl? As Gurt says under the water a gloss might not look much different, test a small sample of each to see.

Phill forgot to mention that as well as all the correct gear you will also need someone suitably qualified to act as a safety number while your fitting.
