I find you need to work from the centre out and half push it down first time, left, right, and then slam the centre down. Gets rid of that. For me anyway. Also put the bottom part on first.. although I can’t see the making any difference.
We use ultima. Cheap and normally fast service. Worst accounts department though. Lost my mind on many occasions.

I used to do lots of these. This post made me realise I havent done a single one in over four years!

That said you can buy them in so cheaply printed and delivered… is it worth stocking stands and media?

I charge 175chf plus vat for 1 piece. That’s about 138£. I know they can be done cheap but that doesn’t interest me. When clients need them fast. They order.
